We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Boot Star. We will accept returns for boots returned within 14 days from date of purchase provided the boots have not been worn. To return boots for either an exchange or refund, please email info@bootstarusa.com. We strive to provide our customers with the best possible online shopping experience, so Boot Star will pay for U.S. domestic return shipping provided the customer satisfies all conditions for returns. All we ask is that the boots are unworn in new condition with all the original packaging.
